Nikki Britto

Nikki Britto has a strong background in sales support and client executive roles within the software industry. Starting as an Application Specialist at TriTech Acquires Tiburon in 2005, they progressed to become a Demo Team Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Sales Support at TriTech Software Systems. Moving to Tyler Technologies in 2019, they held the position of Client Executive until 2022. Currently, they hold leadership positions at SoundThinking (formerly ShotSpotter), serving as the Eastern Investigate Sales Director and Director of CaseBuilder Sales East.

Nikki Britto holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University - East Bay.
