Brendon Johnson

Brendon Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Brendon most recently worked at Shoulder Innovations as a Clinical Sales Specialist starting in March 2023. Before that, they served as a Technical Sales Director at United Orthopedic Corporation, where they accelerated sales operations and increased sales through cross-selling and guiding new product launches. Prior to that, Brendon worked at Arthrex as a Territory Sales Manager, achieving significant growth in primary account volume and arthroplasty sales. Brendon also worked at Kildare Holdings Inc. as a General Manager/Principal, spearheading overall operations and strategic growth for a construction management company. Additionally, Brendon served as the Vice President of Operations at GMSC Inc., overseeing facilities maintenance and repair operations. Brendon began their career at The Brickman Group as a Branch Manager in Southern Delaware, where they surpassed sales goals and managed a team of 35 employees.

Brendon Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Sciences from Salisbury University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended St James in Hagerstown, MD from 1985 to 1990. Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Plant Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing it from 1995 to 1997.
