Glenda Waggoner

Glenda Waggoner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles. Since March 2019, Glenda has served as a Customer Service Representative at Resonac Graphite America Sales Inc, managing graphite electrode orders and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely shipments. Prior experience includes working as a Plant Manager's Assistant at Giant Cement and as an Administrative Assistant for Holcim and the SC Department of Health and Human Services, where Glenda supported management teams and handled confidential patient information. Glenda holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, completed in 1987.
