Ajay Prasad

Ajay Prasad currently holds the position of Vice President at Aon since February 2024 and serves as a Member of the HR & IR Panel for the Confederation of Indian Industry and a National Strategic Group Member for the National HRD Network, both since July 2023. Additionally, Ajay is a Governor’s Nominee to the Skill Council of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University in Haryana, which is noted as India’s first government skill university, and has been a Wellness Council Member for NHRDN Delhi & NCR Chapter until April 2024. Previous roles include Chief People & Strategy Officer at Ace Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Vice President - People Strategy & Corporate Relations at Good Health Insurance TPA, and various Vice President roles in human resources and corporate relations at other organizations. Ajay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Institute of Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Chandigarh, and a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
