Kapil T. began their work experience as a Guest Faculty/Computer Lab Assistant at Govt. College Rau from April 2010 to December 2014. kapil then worked as a Business Development Executive at GAMMASTACK (formerly known as Grep Ruby web tech pvt. ltd.) from January 2015 to March 2022. Currently, Kapil is working as a Business Development Manager at Shriffle Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from April 2022 onwards. In their roles, they have been responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and communicating with clients, and engaging in direct client interaction.

Kapil T. obtained their Masters degree in Computer Science from DAVV, Indore from 2007 to 2009. The degree they earned was an M Sc in Computer Science.
