Scott Bradfield

Scott Bradfield is an experienced retail professional currently serving as Head of Commercial and Head of Merchandising at REFY since September 2020, while also holding the position of Head of Merchandising at SHRINE. Prior to these roles, Scott worked at Arcadia Group Ltd from September 2014 to August 2020, progressing through various merchandising positions, including Senior Assistant Merchandiser and Senior Planning and Trading Assistant, where responsibilities included maintaining WSSI's and managing store performance. Earlier in the career, Scott served as a Polling Station Officer with Sheffield City Council. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of Sheffield.
