Katharine Panessidi

Katharine Panessidi currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Solutions Product Management at SHRM, a leading organization focused on improving workplace environments. Prior to this role, Katharine held various leadership positions, including AVP for Advancing Women Leaders Solutions and Executive Director of the Women in Leadership Institute at Linkage, Inc., where a commitment to promoting women's leadership and inclusion was emphasized.
