Mandi Nicol

Mandi Nicol is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in growth marketing and demand generation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Growth Marketing at SHRM since March 2022, Mandi has previously held roles including Marketing Director and Manager of Growth Marketing at the same organization. Prior to SHRM, Mandi worked at CBIZ as a Senior Demand Generation Specialist and at Care Ventures Inc as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Mandi started career experience as an Economic Analyst at PNC. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Frostburg State University, completed in 2010.
