Mandi Nicol is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and customer lifecycle management. Serving as Marketing Director at SHRM from March 2022 to February 2024, Mandi managed marketing budgets and honed a diverse skill set. Previous roles include Manager of Growth Marketing and Senior Demand Generation Specialist with a focus on content syndication and inbound marketing. Prior to SHRM, Mandi worked at CBIZ and Care Ventures Inc, building expertise in digital strategy and human resources. Mandi began a career at PNC Financial Services as an Economic Analyst. Mandi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Frostburg State University.
