Mayowa Ogundipe has extensive work experience in customer service and administrative roles. They started their career in 2014 as an Administrative Officer at Newage Solutions & Technologies, where they performed daily administrative tasks and handled customer complaints and enquiries. In 2015, they joined OAF Microfinance Bank as a Marketer/Credit Officer, where they segmented markets and acquired new customers, analyzed loan applications, and ensured timely repayments. In 2016, Mayowa joined AXA Mansard as a Customer Service Representative/Telesales, providing online assistance, closing sales, and communicating policy changes to clients. Their most recent role, starting in August 2022, is with Shuttlers as a Customer Experience Associate, and they have also recently taken on the position of Customer Experience Senior Associate.

Mayowa Ogundipe attended the University of Ibadan from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
