Ziaul Hassan Serneabat has extensive experience in the field of health and safety. Ziaul is currently working as the Head of Health and Safety at SHV Energy, where they are responsible for developing and executing the company's safety strategy and objectives. Prior to this, they worked as the Country EHS Manager at Avery Dennison, where they led and ensured compliance with EHS standards and goals. Before that, they served as the Country EHS Head at Bangladesh Edible Oil Limited (BEOL), where they implemented safety management processes and achieved ISO certification. Ziaul also has experience working at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited, where they held various roles focused on health and safety management, hazard and risk management, and promoting continuous improvement in safety practices. Additionally, they have gained valuable experience as a Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Associate at Avery Dennison. Ziaul Hassan Serneabat's work experience spans over a decade and showcases their expertise in health and safety management.

Ziaul Hassan Serneabat obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology from 2006-2011. Ziaul then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Dhaka from 2014-2019. Additionally, they attained various certifications in areas such as ESG, climate action, NEBOSH, lean six sigma, and safety management. Ziaul also holds certifications in fire fighting, environment management, health and safety audits, risk management, and operations management, among others.
