Femke van Den Heuvel

Femke van den Heuvel has a strong background in finance, having worked in various roles and positions. Femke started their career as an intern at Deloitte Nederland in 2008. Femke then joined PwC Nederland in 2010 as an Associate and eventually became a Senior Associate before leaving in 2014. In the same year, Femke joined SHV as an International Business Controller, a role they held until 2018. Femke then became the Controller of Makro Food Service from 2018 to 2019. After that, they moved on to the role of Associate Finance Director and Business Controller at Makro Grou, focusing on digital finance. Femke's most recent role was as the CFO of Makro Brazil from 2020 to 2022. Femke is currently the CFO of ERIKS Nederland at SHV.

Femke van den Heuvel completed their education in a chronological order. Femke attended Titus Brandsma Lyceum from 1999 to 2005, where they achieved a Highschool Gymnasium degree and an International Baccalaureate English A2 degree from 2003 to 2005. Continuing their education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business, with a concentration in Accounting, from Maastricht University from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they attended Universitat de Barcelona in 2007-2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. Furthering their studies, they completed a Master of Science degree in International Business, with a concentration in Accounting, from Maastricht University from 2008 to 2009. Lastly, they pursued a postdoctoral program in becoming a Register Accountant at Maastricht University from 2010 to 2011.
