Shane Doehrmann

Shane Doehrmann has over 30 years of work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Shane currently serves as the Director of Engineering at The Shyft Group. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Engineering at ATC Trailers from 2020 to 2022. Shane also held the position of Director of Engineering at Honeywell from 2017 to 2020. In addition, they have held various roles at Manufacturing Technology, INC. (MTI), Atwood Mobile Products, and Wellman Products Group. At MTI, they served as the VP of Global Sales and later as a Business Unit Executive. At Atwood Mobile Products, they were the Director of Engineering and Sales. At Wellman Products Group, they held positions such as Product Marketing Manager, Director of Research & Development, Product Manager, and R&D Applications Engineer. Shane began their career at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and then joined Honeywell Aerospace as an R&D Engineer. Throughout their career, Shane has demonstrated expertise in engineering, sales, product management, and leadership in the aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing industries. Shane has managed teams and worked with major clients in the off-highway, on-highway, RV, marine, towable, and manufactured housing sectors.

Shane Doehrmann obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in the years 1990-1995. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame between the years 1996-1999.
