Chuck Reardon

Chuck Reardon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the chemical industry. Chuck currently holds the position of Vice President Industrial Solutions at SI Group since October 2020. Previously, they worked at The Dow Chemical Company, where they served as the Global Business and Commercial Director for Dow Sadara Interface Office. In this role, they led the development and execution of the global strategy and go-to-market plan for Dow's petrochemical joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Chuck also held the position of Global Business Director for Plastics Additives at Dow, where they were responsible for the global P&L and strategic direction of the business. Chuck achieved significant growth and market share expansion during their tenure. Prior to their time at Dow, Chuck was the Commercial Vice President at Dow Kokam, overseeing sales and marketing for Li-ion batteries. Chuck also had P&L responsibility for the NAA Transportation market and global raw material purchasing. Additionally, they held positions at Dow Chemical, including Business Director for Ventures and Business Development and Global Product Director for Polyurethanes. In these roles, they focused on options development, supply/demand optimization, and ensuring reliable supply to customers.

Chuck Reardon obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Commerce with a major in Marketing and Finance from the University of Virginia, where they attended from 1985 to 1989.
