Gary O'Sullivan

Gary O'Sullivan is the Managing Partner for the UK & Ireland at Sia Partners, a global consulting firm, where responsibilities include leading the Business Transformation Team and enhancing the firm's capabilities for clients and stakeholders. Prior to this, Gary was a Partner at Pathfinder, overseeing Strategy and Business Transformation until its acquisition by Sia Partners in 2020. Gary's extensive background includes serving as a Director at Deloitte, where leadership of the regional consulting team resulted in significant business performance improvements, and navigating senior management roles at Vision Consulting and Bausch + Lomb, focusing on process reengineering and manufacturing. Gary began a career at Ford Motor Company as a Process Engineer after completing an Industrial Engineering degree at the University of Limerick.
