In 2021, they became a specialist in the digital channel development team at Šiaulių Bankas. Sirvydas also assumed the role of IT analyst in the financial services development sector, involving tasks such as system testing, business process analysis, and consulting internal clients. Additionally, Sirvydas founded a Minecraft game project called Kubai in 2013, where they played a role as CEO, leading the development and implementation of the organization's strategy.
