Viktorija Šiaulytė

Viktorija Šiaulytė has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Viktorija began their career as a Financial Management Trainee at Swedbank in 2015. Viktorija then worked as a Lawyer at the Bailiff's office from August 2015 to July 2017. Following that, they served as a Legal Assistant at Legal Balance from July 2017 to November 2018.

In 2018, Šiaulytė joined Adform, where they held multiple roles. Viktorija started as a Contract Specialist from December 2018 to April 2019. Viktorija then became a Deal Desk Specialist from April 2019 to January 2021, and later, a Senior Deal Desk Specialist from January 2021 to October 2022.

Currently, they are employed at Šiaulių Bankas, where they began as a Product Specialist in October 2022. Viktorija has since been promoted to the position of Senior Product Specialist in June 2023. Viktorija'sresponsibilities include coordinating product development, managing product-related queries, improving processes, developing product management documentation, and monitoring the performance of the product portfolio, along with providing recommendations.

Throughout their professional journey, Šiaulytė has gained extensive experience in various aspects of finance, law, and product management.

Viktorija Šiaulytė pursued their education at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, starting in the year 2012 and completing it in 2017. During this period, they attained a Master's Degree in Legal Studies, specializing in General Law.
