Cindy Levin Eaton has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral health and coaching. Cindy is currently the Vice President of Coaching at Sibly, where they oversee a text-based benefit navigation and coaching platform that provides access to trained coaches to help individuals improve their mental and physical health. Prior to this, Cindy worked as a faculty member at Palo Alto University and held roles at VA Palo Alto Health Care System, including Health Behavior Coordinator and Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Cindy also worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Program Evaluator, providing training in Motivational Interviewing. Cindy's experience also includes a role as Clinical Director at Lionrock Behavioral Health.

Cindy Levin Eaton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington from 1992 to 1996. Cindy then pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from New York University between 1996 and 1998. In 1999, they began their Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Nova Southeastern University, completing it in 2005. Cindy also obtained certification as a Clinical Psychologist from the California Department of Consumer Affairs in March 2005. Additionally, they are a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, although the institution and specific date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
