João Gama

João Gama started their work experience in 2010 as an Ass. Operacional at Câmara Municipal de Oeiras. João then worked as an IT Infrastructure Support at Gfi Portugal from September 2016 to March 2018. João joined Celfocus in March 2018 as part of the MANAGED SERVICES - ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT team until April 2020. From April 2020 to April 2023, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Syone. Currently, they work at SIBS in the Delivery Management team starting from April 2023.

João Gama earned a degree in Licenciado em Gestão de Sistemas e Computação from Atlântica, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in February 2018. Furthermore, João Gama obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in December 2022.
