Agnieszka Zychowicz-Defever

Agnieszka Zychowicz-Defever has a diverse and extensive work experience. Agnieszka currently works at SICPA as the Enterprise Solutions Delivery Director, where they are a member of the Global IT Operational Committee and contributes to the organization's digital transformation. In this role, they have overseen various teams, including IT Business Analysts, Data Platform, IAM, and Dev shared services. Agnieszka successfully transitioned the Data Platform team to Microsoft Azure and is responsible for the ESD CAPEX and OPEX budget. Agnieszka also developed strong relationships with key IT partners and delivered updates on IT initiatives and flagship programs.

Before joining SICPA, Agnieszka held the position of Head of Enterprise Solutions Delivery. Agnieszka also has experience as a Business Solutions Delivery Manager and Corporate Solutions Delivery Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst in SAP Finance/Controlling.

Outside of SICPA, Agnieszka worked as a Principal Consultant in ERP SAP FI/CO at Cognizant Technology Solutions and as an SAP FI/CO Business Process Owner at Bunge. Agnieszka also has experience working as an SAP Business Analyst - Change Management at Mercury Engineering Ireland, and as an SAP Database Maintenance Administrator at Allergan Pharmaceutical Ireland. Agnieszka'searliest work experience is as a Business Application Administrator at Michelin.

Agnieszka Zychowicz-Defever obtained a Master's degree in International Business from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in an unspecified year before 2006. In 2019, they attended IMD for a program in High Performance Leadership. Agnieszka also received a certification in Personal Mastery & Leadership from LOL - Leadership Organizational Learning (SWITZERLAND) SA in 2017.
