Alberto del Toro Serrano

Alberto del Toro Serrano is an experienced professional in service management and support, currently serving as Product Owner Lead at SICPA since December 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing strategy, planning, and implementation of service management frameworks for new customer projects and leading the Application Support L2 team using Lean Kanban methodology. Alberto also functions as a Product Owner for a cross-functional team in a SCRUM environment. Prior to SICPA, Alberto held various leadership roles at Ericsson from 2008 to November 2017, including Head of Service Delivery and Optimization and Customer Support Manager for the Global Customer Unit MTN, managing a team across over 20 countries and ensuring high-performance service delivery and financial results.
