Gérard le Roy

Gérard Le Roy has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a SAP Project Analyst at Syngenta where they designed, tested, trained, implemented, and supported the Shop Floor solution for a core SAP system implementation in Europe. Gérard also led as the Global SAP Function Leader, harmonizing SAP solutions across multiple countries. Gérard then relocated to the US to train and assist the American team in deploying the SAP Shop Floor solution for all US production sites.

After their time at Syngenta, Gérard joined Airbus Group as an IS Project Manager and SAP Business Analyst. Gérard led the SAP project for harmonizing processes and implementing the Shop floor solution for Airbus A380 and A350. Gérard successfully coordinated requirements harmonization among business users from France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.

Most recently, Gérard worked at SICPA as the Group IT/IS Director, where they spearheaded the development and execution of the Global Enterprise IT/IS strategy. Gérard was responsible for orchestrating the budgeting, planning, and successful execution of the global IT/IS roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of IT/IS solutions and data. Gérard also led diverse international teams and oversaw support and project activities across multiple sites globally.

Gérard Le Roy has a diverse education history. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Global Executive MBA program, specializing in TRIUM Global Executive MBA. Gérard completed this program at three prestigious institutions: TRIUM Global Executive MBA at HEC Paris, NYU Stern School of Business, and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program.

Prior to their executive MBA studies, Gérard Le Roy attended AgroParisTech - Institut des sciences et industries du vivant et de l'environnement (ENSIA) from 1993 to 1995. Gérard earned a degree in Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Agro Alimentaires, specializing in the agro-alimentary field.

In terms of additional certifications, Gérard Le Roy obtained a verified certificate for Introduction to FinOps from edX in December 2020. Gérard also completed a course titled "QTM1x: The Quantum Internet and Quantum Computers: How Will They Change the World?" from Technische Universiteit Delft in April 2020.
