Mauricio Muñoz Guzmán

Mauricio Muñoz is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Latam HR Manager at SICPA since June 2020, Mauricio is responsible for HR processes and wellbeing management across Ecuador, Chile, and the Dominican Republic. Previous roles include college professor at various institutions and senior consultant for notable organizations in HR and organizational development. Mauricio has also held leadership positions such as Head of Human Resources at the Servicio de Rentas Internas and has experience in recruitment and training outsourcing services. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Strategic Human Talent Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador and a degree in Industrial Psychology.
