Geraldine Tixier has a diverse work experience in the advertising and strategy field. Geraldine started their career as an intern in strategic planning for Renault Global Team at Publicis Conseil in 2007. Geraldine then worked as an account executive at Publicis Dublin before joining Cawley Nea \ TBWA as a junior strategist. In 2008, they joined Agence .V. (Omnicom) as a junior and later middle strategist, where they worked on projects for Volkswagen, L'Occitane en Provence, and Meetic Brands. In 2011, they became a part-time lecturer in Social Trends & Communication at INSEEC (Sup de Pub). Geraldine also volunteered as a brand strategist at DDB SHARE, working on pro-bono campaigns for adie.org. From 2012 to 2021, they worked at DDB Paris, initially as a consumer strategist for "Generation 16" and then as a strategy director for various brands, including Johnson & Johnson Beauty and Feminine Care. In 2020, they worked as a freelance strategist at SID LEE before joining Cossette in 2021 as the VP of Strategy. Geraldine is currently serving as the VP Head of Strategy at Sid Lee since 2023. Their work experience includes delivering compelling storytelling, aligning brand voice with environmental engagement, and redefining brand purpose. Geraldine has received awards for their contributions, including a Silver Digital Online & Viral Films award for XO at the EPICA AWARDS.

Geraldine Tixier completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies/Civilization from Trinity College Dublin in 2005. Geraldine had previously obtained an International Baccalaureate from Lycée de Sèvres in 2000. Geraldine later pursued a Master's degree in Culture and Media Management from Sciences Po between 2005 and 2007.
