Stéphanie Matte has a diverse range of work experience. Stéphanie started their career as a Production Director at YONDERGROUND 2012 and then worked as a Production Coordinator at Festival Zoofest - Groupe Juste pour rire. Stéphanie later became a Special Projects Manager at the Association des professionnels de l'industrie de l'humour. Most recently, Stéphanie has held various roles at Sid Lee, including Traffic Manager, Operations Manager for Creative Services, Creative Operations Director, and currently as the Director of Business Operations, Montreal. Stéphanie'sresponsibilities at Sid Lee involved overseeing daily operations, managing teams, facilitating collaboration between different departments and offices, and participating in global process redefinition and ERP implementation.

Stéphanie Matte completed their education with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management from HEC Montréal, which they pursued from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they obtained a BA in Cultural and Media Production Strategies from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. In 2013, they participated in a student exchange program at Aarhus University, focusing on International Communication and Multimedia. Additionally, in 2021, they also acquired a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
