Kathryn Williams

Kathryn Williams serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President & General Counsel at Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industry laws and regulations, and managing overall compliance policies and procedures. Previously, Kathryn held the role of Associate Counsel/Legal Compliance Officer at Siddons Martin, and prior to that, practiced as an attorney at Black, Mann & Graham LLP, advising on mortgage lending compliance. Early career experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Sadler Law Firm and as a Subcontract Administrator at KBR, Inc. Kathryn holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University.
