Sidekick Health has developed the world’s most comprehensive suite of clinically impactful digital health solutions for health insurers. Our solutions are live with America’s leading payers across all lines of business (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) in a wide range of conditions such as oncology, high-risk maternity, Crohn’s disease, and diabetes, showing strong positive impact on clinical outcomes, cost of care, and member engagement.
As SVP of Payer Growth, you will be responsible for rapidly growing our US Payer Business to help us better serve people dealing with chronic conditions in the United States.
Your responsibilities will include:
Establishing and owning the end-to-end sales process for payers in the US
Strategically defining and steering the commercial trajectory for sustained growth and profitability within our US healthcare business unit
Cultivating and advancing a robust pipeline of relationships, encompassing both existing and potential payer partners, to close new business opportunities
Capitalizing on your extensive network and research skills to orchestrate end-to-end business development processes with payers and strategic partners
Collaborating with the marketing team to precisely target and convert key stakeholders from identified accounts into profitable sales opportunities
Collaborating closely with our product team to iterate through product/market fit based on market learnings and continually refine commercial product readiness
Collaborating closely with finance to construct compelling business cases and pricing models that demonstrate ROI and win-win relationships
About You
You have a successful track record closing large-scale, relationship-driven consultative sales to US payers
You have 8+ years experience in sales/business development and GTM experience with health plans
You have an extensive network of contacts within multiple levels of US health plans, including leaders of population health and digital innovation
You have deep experience selling chronic care solutions into different health plan product lines including commercial, Medicare and Medicaid
You have the technical skills to understand digital health capabilities and communicate its potential effectively to payer leadership
You’re able to find the perfect balance between building strong long-term relationships and aggressively closing deals when the opportunity presents itself
You’ve been an integral part of scaling a company from ~$10M to $50M+ in revenue in a VC or PE-backed business
You thrive in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, international environment
You have superior communication skills, able to convey intricate ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
You are willing and able to travel up to 25-50% of the time
