Regina Hodits serves as Managing Partner at Wellington Partners Life Sciences, a prominent European venture capital firm with €800 million under management, since 2010. In addition to this role, Regina is a Board Member for several innovative companies including Sidekick Health, Stipe Therapeutics, and SNIPR Biome, which focus on digital therapeutics, first-in-class drugs, and CRISPR-based drug candidates, respectively. Regina also holds supervisory positions at Carisma Therapeutics and TriCares, both of which are advancing novel therapeutic approaches and minimally invasive medical devices. As Chairperson of the Board for INiTS, a Vienna-based business incubator, and Board Member for the BioInnovation Institute, Regina actively supports the startup ecosystem and life science innovation. Regina's academic credentials include a Doctorate of Science in Biochemistry and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Technische Universität Wien, as well as an Executive MBA from McKinsey & Company Clearwater.
