Dominique Ledoux, PMP has over 25 years of work experience in project management and leadership roles. Dominique is currently serving as the Lead Project Manager Execution at Sidel since June 2021. Prior to this, Dominique held the position of Director Digital Products, North America from May 2020 to June 2021, and EIT® Director, NAM and Excellence Center from September 2019 to May 2020 at Sidel. Dominique also served as the Global Competence Development Director from February 2019 to September 2019, where they led competence development and qualification programs for project managers and field service engineers.
Before joining Sidel, Dominique worked at MGS Électro-Technique as the Vice President from August 2001 to May 2006. In this role, they managed a small-sized company and was responsible for designing and manufacturing custom packaging equipment. Dominique also worked at Bariatrix Nutrition Inc. as a Maintenance Supervisor from August 1995 to August 2001.

Dominique Ledoux, PMP, has a diverse education background. In 2006, they completed their studies in Mechanical Manufacturing and Design at Polytechnique Montréal. Prior to that, they attended CFP Saint-Henri and specialized in Automated Systems Electro-Mechanical in 1995. In 1993, they studied Administration at Collège de Rosemont, followed by Applied Sciences at Collège Ahuntsic in 1991. Domonique's education journey began at Collège Mont-Saint-Louis in 1988. In addition to their academic achievements, they hold several certifications, including Strategic Thinking and Creativity Bootcamp obtained from LinkedIn, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, acquired in August 2011.
