Doug Wear, PMP, has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. Doug has held various leadership roles in different companies, with a focus on the packaging industry.

Starting in 1998, Doug worked at Siemens, where they held positions as a Senior Applications Engineer, Project Manager, and Program Manager. In these roles, they managed multi-year automotive manufacturing programs, led teams of engineers and coordinators, and successfully completed projects worth millions in annual revenues.

In 2009, Doug joined The Haskell Company as an Engineering Manager and later became a Senior Integration Manager and Senior Engineering Manager. Doug also led a team of Applications Engineers, estimators, and a Technical Specifications Specialist.

Currently, Doug holds the position of Director of Engineering and Project Management at Sidel, where they started in 2023.
