Temi Sapara

Temi Sapara is an Associate, Talent at Sidewalk Labs. Prior to joining Sidewalk, she most recently worked as an Operations Associate at Success Academy Bed-Stuy Middle School, where she helped to ensure all school operations ran effectively during remote learning.

Previously, Temi also worked at Google as a Program Coordinator for the Google In Residence (GIR) program. The GIR program sends Google Software Engineers to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) to teach during the Fall Semester. In her role, she helped to ensure that Google continues to create a diverse talent pipeline within the tech space. Temi has a strong passion for connecting people to opportunities and is driven to help create a more inclusive and equitable society for all.

Temi graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelors in Management/Business Administration and a minor in Management Information Systems. Temi is a native New Yorker and was born and raised in Staten Island, where she currently lives with her family. In her spare time she enjoys writing, traveling the world, and eating great food.
