Sebastian Stiffel

Sebastian Stiffel has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sebastian is currently the Business Owner of Consulting at sidion GmbH, where they focus on strategic development and improvement of the consulting portfolio. Previously, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst at sidion GmbH, responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into project requirements.

Before joining sidion GmbH, Sebastian was the Co-Founder and CTO of DayYourWay UG, where they were involved in platform selection, technical design, and product innovation. Sebastian also has experience working at Munich Airport as an Executive Assistant to the SVP IT, Business Analyst, and IT Consultant.

Sebastian's earlier work experience includes a role as a Technical Director and Student Assistant at the University of Rostock, a Master Student at Capgemini, an intern at Isolation Network, Inc., and a Student Assistant at Fraunhofer IGD.

Sebastian Stiffel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Informatics from Universität Rostock, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Sebastian then pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Informatics from the same university, completing it from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including the Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering - Foundation Level from IREB, the Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, and the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
