Janelle Johnson

Janelle Johnson is currently an Associate General Counsel at Siebert Williams Shank. Prior to this, Janelle held the position of Senior Counsel at Robinhood and worked as a Senior Associate in Securities Enforcement & Litigation at WilmerHale. Janelle has a strong background in conducting internal investigations and developing defense strategies related to securities regulations. Janelle has also worked as a Senior Paralegal/Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist at THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION and gained experience as a Litigation Paralegal at MANATT PHELPS & PHILLIPS, LLP. Janelle holds a Juris Doctorate from ST. JOHN’S UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from COLLEGE OF ST. BENEDICT/ST. JOHN’S UNIVERSITY.
