Bill Irons

Bill Irons is an experienced professional in sales and business operations, currently serving as the Head of Digital Sales at Siemens Energy since October 2020. In this role, Bill drives digital transformation by enhancing user experience from a customer perspective. Previously, Bill held various leadership positions at Dresser-Rand, including Head of Sales for the RCE Standard Business, where the focus was on growing the Standard Parts Business by improving market share and profitability. Bill has also contributed as Director of Sales Operations, where efficiency and effectiveness of client-facing teams were prioritized. Prior to these roles, Bill developed expertise in sales operations, marketing, and inventory management across multiple positions within Dresser-Rand. Bill holds an MBA from St. Bonaventure University and a BS in Business Administration from PennWest Edinboro.
