Daniel Solomonov

Daniel Solomonov is currently the Head of Procurement at Siemens Energy, overseeing a team of 23 with a significant focus on wind project execution across Northern Europe and the Middle East, managing an annual spend of 200 million euros. Prior to this, Daniel served at Siemens Gamesa in various roles, including Managing Director (Country CEO), where responsibilities included leadership of wind turbine projects in Russia, achieving 250 million euros in total revenue, and managing a team of 40. Additional positions included roles in supply chain management, procurement, and strategy consulting, demonstrating a strong track record in cost management, procurement strategies, and project execution. Daniel's career began at Siemens, where roles spanned global and regional commodity management with substantial annual spends and savings. Daniel is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Aarhus University.
