Junaid Siddiqui

Junaid Siddiqui has extensive work experience in quality management and business excellence. Junaid started their career in 2007 as a Quality and Project Engineer at Honeywell, where they gained exposure to various quality aspects of manufacturing electrical devices. In 2009, they joined Siemens and held various roles, including Head of Quality @ Energy Management Division and Head of Quality & EHS @ Energy Management, Transmission Solutions. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing quality improvement strategies, coordinating project management plans, and conducting in-house process improvement trainings. In 2018, they transitioned to Siemens Energy as the Head of Quality Management & Business Excellence, where they led and coordinated professionals while collaborating with various business units. Junaid currently holds this position.

Junaid Siddiqui completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Control System Engineering & Instrumentation from The University Of Huddersfield (UK) in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology in 2001.
