Monika Medlewska

Monika Medlewska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance management, currently serving as Head of Compliance Advisory at Siemens Gamesa since May 2013. In this role, Monika leads a global team, oversees Operational Compliance across Business Units and Regions, and manages compliance risks while ensuring alignment with internal and external regulations. Previous roles include Head of Compliance Denmark and Compliance Associate at Siemens Wind Power, where Monika contributed to the development and implementation of compliance systems and training initiatives. Monika began their career as a Sales Manager at Kuhlman Company, Inc., where managerial skills were honed. Monika holds a Master of Science in Economics and Management from Aarhus University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University.
