Paul Graves

Paul Graves is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as a Senior Global Production Consultant and Operations Manager at Siemens Gamesa since August 2019, Paul oversees a 24/7 operation with 250 staff and is dedicated to continuous improvement and employee engagement. Previously, Paul was a Group/Project Leader at Siemens, instrumental in launching a £315M Wind Turbine Factory, and has held several management roles in organizations such as Montracon Limited, Mondi Scunthorpe, and Kimberly-Clark. Paul holds multiple qualifications, including a NEBOSH General Certificate and a Diploma in Management, showcasing a strong foundation in occupational health and safety as well as business administration.
