Sophie's earlier career includes HSE Coordinator roles at Velan Inc. and MBDA. Educational qualifications include a certification in occupational health and safety from the Institute of Distance Learning at Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology, a specialization in environmental management and eco design from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, and a Master's degree in International economics and a Bachelor's degree in International law from Université Pierre Mendès-France (Grenoble II).
