Randy Bayardo has a strong background in safety and health roles, with experience working for various companies. Randy started their career in 2010 at Total Safety as a Safety Technician. Randy then worked as a Site Safety Technician at Miller Environmental Services and as a Safety Technician at Ohmstede Ltd. In 2012, Randy became a Site Safety & Health Officer at Moab Construction Company, Inc. and later at Leetex Construction LLC. Randy then joined Anthony & Gordon Construction, Inc. as a Site Safety & Health Officer from 2014 to 2015. Randy also worked as a Safety Inspector at Zachry Group before joining Siemens Government Technologies in 2016 as a Site Safety & Health Officer.

Randy Bayardo has a comprehensive education history and has obtained various certifications in the field of Occupational Safety and Health. Randy started their educational journey in 2010 at Del Mar College, where they received an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology. In 2019, Randy pursued further education at Columbia Southern University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Occupational Safety and Health.

Continuing their education, Randy enrolled at Columbia Southern University from 2020 to 2022, where they pursued a Certificate in Environmental Management, focusing on the field of Environmental Management.

To supplement their education, Randy has obtained several additional certifications. These include the Master Certification in Risk Management and Master Certification in Safety & Health from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they achieved in November 2022. Randy also acquired the Safety & Health Fundamentals for Maritime Industry certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA in October 2021.

Furthermore, Randy obtained the Certified Environmental Specialist certification from 360training in July 2021. Randy also completed the SSH Fire Safety course at The University of Texas at Arlington in June 2021 and the Health and Safety Management Certificate Program at The University of Alabama in April 2021.

During their educational journey, Randy has acquired certifications such as SSH Risk Management from The University of Texas at Arlington in February 2021 and Construction Quality Management For Contractors -#784 from the US Army Corps of Engineers in November 2020.

In addition to these certifications, Randy holds the ASHM, CSMP certification from the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management. Randy also possesses the CSHO (Dual) certification from The University of Texas at Arlington as well as the CSHO (Dual) certification from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service. Randy is a certified Construction Site Safety Technician by NCCER and has completed the Emergency Management Program at Del Mar College.

Other certifications in Randy's possession include the Environmental Health in Disasters Certificate from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, the Leadership Development Certificate from Tulane University, and the SHEP certification from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Furthermore, Randy holds the SMS, OHST, CHST, STS, STSC certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Randy has also been certified in Public Sector Safety & Health Fundamentals for Construction and Public Sector Safety & Health Fundamentals for General Industry by the US Department of Labor OSHA. Additionally, Randy has obtained the SSH Healthcare Industry certification from The University of Texas at Arlington.
