Andrew Bordash has a long history of work experience in logistics and transportation. Andrew began their career in 1975 as a Manager Repair Center at Technicon and remained there until 1990. From 1998 to 2000, they worked at Bayer HealthCare as a Distribution Site Head. Andrew then joined Bayer Corporation, Diagnostics Division in 2000 as the Head of Logistics Management, a role they held until 2006. After that, they worked at BHC Diagnostics as the Head of Logistics Management from 2003 to 2007. From 2006 onwards, they joined Siemens Healthcare and held various roles such as Head of Logistics, Head of Domestic transportation, and Head of Transportation/Logistics. Finally, they worked at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics as the Head of Domestic Logistics.

Andrew Bordash completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, at Indiana Wesleyan University from 1995 to 1996.
