Brian McDonnell

Brian McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Brian started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, where they gained experience in various areas such as litigation, real estate, and corporate law. Brian then joined RW. Blears as a Solicitor before transitioning to Siemens, where they worked as a Commercial Lawyer specializing in healthcare. McDonnell later moved to Siemens Healthineers, where they progressed from Senior Commercial Lawyer to Lead Commercial Lawyer and eventually became the Head of Legal. Brian'sexpertise lies in commercial law and they have a particular focus on healthcare and corporate transactions.

Brian McDonnell attended the University of Nottingham from 2003 to 2007, where they studied German and History. Brian then went on to The College of Law, London in 2007 to 2008 to obtain a Graduate Diploma in Law. Subsequently, Brian attended BPP Law School in 2008 to 2009 to complete the Legal Practice Course.
