Laura Comilla

Laura Comilla has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Laura is currently working at Siemens Healthineers as the Vice President of Services Portfolio. In this role, they are responsible for the direction and expansion of the Healthcare Consulting business worldwide. Prior to this, Laura worked at PADS Lake County and CYN Counseling Center as a Board Member, where they contributed their expertise to the organizations. At LTS Health, they served as the Commercial Director for the Americas, leading a team and driving revenue growth for consulting services in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Before that, Laura held various positions at Abbott, starting as an Incoming Quality Assurance Laboratory Technologist and progressing to roles such as Solution Formulation Supervisor, Technical Manufacturing Leader, Global Services Manager, Global Marketing Manager Service Solutions, and Americas Solutions Sales Director. In these roles, they demonstrated their skills in marketing, sales, and leadership, contributing to the growth and success of Abbott's business.

Laura Comilla attended Michigan State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the Lyman Briggs School. Laura'sfield of study focused on Biotechnology and Biochemistry. Following this, Laura pursued higher education at DePaul University from 1999 to 2002, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Polymer Chemistry. Additionally, Laura has certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Abbott and Quality Manager/Operational Excellence from the American Society of Quality.
