Rejini Ganapathy

Rejini Ganapathy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rejini is currently serving as the Head of Finance for the Invivo Business in Zone India at Siemens Healthineers. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at IKEA Retail India. Rejini also worked as a Financial Controller, Treasury Responsible, Business Partner, and Project Manager at IKEA from 2017 to 2022. Before joining IKEA, they worked at GE as a Finance Controller for the Corporate and Healthcare divisions. Rejini also has experience at Johnson & Johnson, where they served as the Financial Controller and FP&A Head for the Medical Devices segment. Rejini started their career at Hindustan Unilever Ltd, where they held various roles in management accounting, commercial management, and operations management across Malaysia and Singapore. Rejini has a wide range of expertise in finance, supply chain, imports, audits, internal controls, mergers and acquisitions, and customer servicing.

From 1996 to 1998, Rejini Ganapathy attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. During this time, they pursued a degree in Chartered Accountancy, focusing on financial and management accounting, direct and indirect taxes, and law among other subjects.
