Scott Zinman

Scott Zinman has had extensive work experience in the legal field, holding various senior-level positions throughout their career. Scott began their career at Unisys in 1982, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the design and development of a user interface for a NATO message communications network. Scott later worked as a Manager and Senior Contracts Manager, administering all U.S. government contracts at Unisys Corporation from 1987 to 1990.

In 1990, Scott joined Eaton Corporation as a Manager, where they oversaw contracts and administration for the aerospace industry. Scott managed departments related to contracts administration, cost estimating, and sales order entry. Scott also negotiated international manufacturing license agreements and obtained necessary export licenses.

Scott returned to Unisys in 1993, where they held two roles. Initially, they served as the Manager of Contracts and Procurement, managing all contractual aspects of the telecommunications market sector and Weather Information Services business unit. Scott drafted and negotiated various agreements, including purchase agreements and software license agreements. Scott then became Assistant General Counsel, providing legal support until 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Scott worked at Harris Corporation as a Senior Manager in Commercial Contracts and Legal. Scott provided counsel on contractual aspects of the commercial managed services business unit, including drafting and negotiating multimillion-dollar IT sales and service agreements. Scott also advised senior management on contract risks and mitigation strategies.

In 2011, Scott joined Dell as a Senior Counsel, where they worked until 2016. Scott then transitioned to NTT DATA, Inc. (formerly Dell Services) as a Senior Corporate Counsel until 2020. During their time at NTT DATA, Scott provided legal support to the company in various capacities.

Currently, Scott is employed at Siemens Healthineers, where they have held the role of Senior Legal Counsel since 2020. In May 2022, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Legal, further advancing their career in the legal field.

Scott Zinman obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Widener University Schools of Law, where they studied from 1983 to 1985. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1977 to 1981.
