Ana Salvado

Ana Salvado has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Ana is currently working as an IT Operations Professional at Siemens Logistics since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Fujitsu Portugal in various roles. From October 2021 to November 2022, they were a Service Process Controller at ING, where they provided 2nd line support for the Service Desk Agents and ensured the resolution of incidents to agreed SLAs. From August 2020 to February 2022, they served as a Process Controller - Change Management at ING, where they supported the implementation of emergency changes and monitored backlog using various tools. From July 2018 to August 2020, they worked as a Service Desk Agent at ING, providing 1st line support in English and handling various tasks such as ticket management, training, and participating in escalation processes. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Process Controller - Service and Incident Management at Bridgestone from January 2020 to April 2020, where they provided 2nd line support for the Service Desk Agents.

Ana Salvado completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa from 2009 to 2013. Ana then pursued a Master's degree in Cognitive Science at the University of Lisbon starting from 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ana also obtained several certifications in photography, including Responsive Web Design Developer Certification from freeCodeCamp in June 2019, Photography Composition, Photography Lighting, Digital Photography, and Photography Basics from Cenjor - Centro Protocolar de Formação Profissional para Jornalistas in 2016.
