Max Oliveira

Max Oliveira has over 30 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Max started their career as a Technical Writer at Northwest Airlines in 1990 and later became the Lead Technical Writer and Manager of Technical Data. In 2007, they joined Delta Air Lines as the Manager of Technical Procedures, overseeing various projects and leading a team of direct and indirect reports. During their time at Delta, Max was also involved in the integration of Northwest Airlines' technical operations. In 2012, Max joined Airbus as the Regional Tech Data Support Director before moving on to United Airlines in 2018 as the Director of Technical Publications. Currently, Max is serving as a Program Manager at Delta Material Services since 2021. Throughout their career, Max has demonstrated expertise in data management, authoring, and publishing programs, as well as budget management and process improvement.
