Carlos Baena Kuhfuss

Carlos Baena Kuhfuss has extensive work experience in the finance industry, with a focus on project and export finance. Carlos began their career at Deutsche Bank, where they held various roles including Credit Risk Manager, Corporate Key Account Manager, and Director of branches in Spain. Carlos then joined Siemens Financial Services, where they worked as a Senior Advisor in Project & Export Finance, specializing in rail sector financing. Carlos went on to become the Department Head of Project & Export Finance RI 3 at Siemens Financial Services, leading a team of specialists in project and export finance for clients in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Carlos also worked at Siemens Ltd in South Africa as Head of Structured Finance and at Siemens Project Ventures as a Senior Investment Manager. Currently, Carlos is the Head of Treasury Department at Siemens Logistics, overseeing cash management, foreign exchange, and guarantee management for the company's global operations.
