Maria Luís Barata

Maria Luís Barata has a combination of work experience in various roles and industries. Maria Luís started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at SelPlus in 2014 and continued in an Administrative Assistant role before joining Glintt as a Human Resources Trainee in 2015. Maria Luís then interned at NOVO BANCO as a Human Resources Intern before taking on the role of Trainer at IBS Masters Kick-Off TeamBuilding Event in 2015. In 2016, Maria worked as a Logistics and Sponsorship Coordinator at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and joined Siemens Logistics as an HR Trainee later that year. Maria Luís progressed to become an HR Professional, HR Business Partner, and currently serves as a People & Organization Manager at Siemens Logistics since October 2021.
