Chinh Duong

Chinh Duong possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Global Learning & Growth in ASEAN at Siemens since January 1999. This role involves various responsibilities including learning and education, culture change, coaching and consulting, and leadership development. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Manager/Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation. Chinh Duong has also held the position of Vice President of HR, where responsibilities included establishing the HR function for a workforce of 250 employees. Additionally, Chinh Duong leads the GROW2GLOW Siemens coaching initiative for women in the ASEAN region since July 2022. An MBA was obtained from NEU Business School, National Economics University in Hanoi, Vietnam from 1997 to 1999.
