Daniel Staudt is the Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Siemens Corp., where they have worked since 2008. They previously served as Associate Chief IP Counsel for Siemens Energy and as IP Counsel at Harris Corporation from 1993 to 1999. Daniel was the President of the Intellectual Property Owners Association in 2020 and 2021 and received the IPO Service Award in 2025. They hold a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the University of Dayton. In 2023, Daniel was recognized as an IAM 300 Top IP Strategist.
